Twenty years after being one of the first companies in the state to use laser technology, Badger Sheet Metal Works again invested in its future and continued its tradition of offering customers the most up-to-date technology when we upgraded our laser expertise to a Rofin Diffusion-Cooled, Slab-Geometry laser system in 2006.

Our newest laser enables Badger Sheet Metal Works to continue its respected practice of finding ways to bring our customers new dexterity; so we can get the job done earlier and better than our competitors, all while maintaining our belief to quality.

Simply put, the Rofin DC Slab Laser provides a brilliant beam quality achieved with the CO2 Slab laser resulting in higher cutting speeds with significantly improved cut edge quality, allowing Badger Sheet Metal Works to pass the savings onto our customers.

In addition, the excellent beam quality also makes this laser ideally suited to a wide range of welding applications, providing optimum weld speeds and profiles with minimum heat affected zones.
