The Dynamic Waterjet process allows Badger Sheet Metal Works to provide unique capabilities and advantages to its customers, while cutting parts 25-to-400% faster than conventional flat stock waterjet cutting machines.
Badger Sheet Metal Works achieved “Flow Certified Waterjet Job Shop” status in the Summer of 2005. Flow Certified Waterjet Job Shops specialize in: Cutting prototype and production parts, quick turnaround time for high quality cut parts and cutting virtually any material up to 6” thick including: Steel, Aluminum, Composites, Glass, Plastics, Rubber, Marble, Titanium, Brass and much more.

Simply put, Badger Sheet Metal Works’ waterjet has shown that it can do things that other technologies simply cannot. From cutting whisper thin details in stone, glass and metal; to rapid hole drilling of titanium.
The Badger Sheet Metal Works waterjet uses water compressed up to 60,000 PSI as a powerful and precise cutting tool. The jet stream generated by this process is capable of cutting material from .001” thick up to 6 inches thick.
