Our waterjet effectively and accurately cuts a variety of materials including brass, copper, rubber gaskets, mild steel, glass, stone, composite and aluminum. The waterjet uses a combination of water and sand from the nozzle to cut thicker material than lasers.
The waterjet can be especially effective in cases where the heat from conventional lasers can cause heat distortion. The waterjet prevents that distortion and provides a viable cutting option for much thicker stock than a laser. We can use the waterjet for small production runs as well as conventional project production.
