Two painting booths and two shifts of painting teams are ready to apply customer-required paints, finishes and coatings. These investments in space and personnel give us the ability to avoid bottlenecks and keep projects moving through the production process.
A chemical phosphate wash preparation pre-treats and de-greases the material prior to painting. This process removes all loose particles, scale and oil, leaving the material in pristine condition for optimal paint adhesion. Aluminum requires a slightly different preparation, including a soap wash and chemical etching spray for maximum paint adhesion.
A dedicated 70 x 70-foot paint dry area is the final stop in the painting process. This ensures the final product is free of smudges and other imperfections that can occur with premature handling.
